Submit a Help Request Form

If your student is having technical issues during distance learning, please follow these steps to submit a Help Request Form:

1. Click here.

2. Fill out all of the required information.

Forms will be reviewed and completed in the order that they are received.

Zoom Live Help Sessions

The IT department will also have open Zoom Meetings for anyone having technical difficulties during distance learning. Please refer to your email sent on Sept 2 for the Zoom link. Issues will be resolved one at a time in the order people join.
