  Hello, my name is Mr. Espinosa, and I will be your son or daughter’s Physical Education or Weight Training Teacher. This is my fifth year at SJVA, and I am also an Intro to Aviation teacher. We will begin this school year in a virtual capacity, and I can’t wait to enjoy a great school year while witnessing your student grow creatively, professionally, and academically. This class will focus on developing proficient movement skills in the areas of individual and dual activities and will focus on independent personal fitness. This course will include both physical and written assignments. The students will focus on developing knowledge of and competency in motor skills, movement patterns, and strategies essential to perform a variety of physical activities.Please be on the lookout for the weekly assignments via Google Classroom once school begins.
