We had a lesson in which we learned about mixtures and gases. We used baking soda and vinegar to form a gas, which we were able to see in different ways. We saw it bubble over on to our tables. Then, we saw how it inflated a balloon. Lastly, we used it to power this rocket in our parking lot. It went traveled many yards, very fastly.
