2024-2025 School Year 

 

Note: If your student is not currently enrolled at SJVA DO NOT proceed to fill this form out.

 

Dear SJVA Families,

 

We are fast approaching the 2024-2025 school year and we need your help. Open enrollment begins February 1st, 2024. For this reason, we ask that you complete the Intent to Return Survey no later than Friday March 22, 2024. Vacancies are limited; therefore, we urge you to fill out the survey as soon as possible.

 

If you have multiple students attending SJVA please fill out a survey for EACH individual student.

 

All SJVA families are required to complete the survey, regardless of their student(s) returning or not for the upcoming school year. If your student will not be returning for the 2024-2025 school year, please indicate this by selecting the "No" option in the survey.

If you fail to submit the survey by the stated deadline, we will assume your student(s) will not be returning to SJVA for the 2024-2025 school year. Therefore, your student’s spot will be forfeited and available for new incoming students enrolling at SJVA.

Estimadas familias de SJVA,

 

Nos acercamos rápidamente al año escolar 2024-2025 y necesitamos su ayuda. La inscripción para el año escolar 2024-2025 comienza el 20 de febrero de 2024. Por este motivo, le solicitamos que complete la encuesta de intención de regreso antes del viernes 22 de marzo de 2024. Las vacantes son limitadas; por eso les aconsejamos completarla lo más pronto posible.

 

Si tiene varios estudiantes que asisten a SJVA, complete una encuesta para CADA estudiante individual.

 

Todas las familias de SJVA deben completar una encuesta, incluso si sus estudiantes regresan o no para el próximo año escolar. Si su estudiante no regresará para el año escolar 2024-2025, indíquelo seleccionando la opción "No" en la encuesta.

Si no envía la encuesta antes de la fecha límite establecida, asumimos que su(s) estudiante(s) no regresará(n) a SJVA para el año escolar 2024-2025. Por lo tanto, el lugar de su estudiante se perderá y estará disponible para nuevos estudiantes que se inscriban a SJVA.
