Graduation Ceremony Guidelines:
Graduation tickets are required for admission. Seniors receive TEN graduation tickets. There are a limited number of extra graduation tickets available in the front office beginning on Tuesday, May 24th. On Thursday, June 2nd after practice, seniors will be able to reserve ten seats only. Additional guests (with tickets) will need to arrive early to get a seat.
• Graduation is a dress-up affair. Please dress your best!
• Families are expected to remain in their seats and enjoy the ceremony.
• Please observe the rule of NO noisemakers, silly string, confetti launchers or poppers during the ceremony. We want everyone at the ceremony to have the opportunity to hear and enjoy the ceremony without interference. Graduates or members of the audience who misbehave will be escorted out of the ceremony.
• If you bring balloons you will be asked to leave them at the gate until after the ceremony.
• All guests must remain seated. Please do not approach the stage area when your graduate is called.
• There will be a professional photographer taking pictures all throughout the ceremony.
o You can pre-order an “access code” to access all pictures taken by the photographers for $30.
o You can pre-order this access code through the front office for $30 beginning Friday, May 13th.
o When your student picks up his/her diploma, the access code will be given to them. You have the option of using the photographer’s printing service, or going to a photography printer of your choosing (i.e. Walmart, Walgreens, etc.).
