Graduation Ceremony Guidelines:

Graduation tickets are required for admission. Seniors will receive TEN graduation tickets. On Thursday, June 8th, after practice, seniors will be able to reserve ten seats only. Additional guests (with tickets) will need to arrive early to get a seat.
• Graduation is a dress-up affair. Please dress your best!
• Families are expected to remain in their seats and enjoy the ceremony.
• Please observe the rule of NO noisemakers, silly string, confetti launchers or poppers during the ceremony. We want everyone at the ceremony to be able hear and enjoy the ceremony without interference. Graduates or members of the audience who misbehave will be escorted out of the ceremony.
• Do not bring balloons as this is a distraction to other seated guests. If you are sitting in the audience with balloons, you will be asked to leave the balloons at the gate until after the ceremony.
• All guests must remain seated. Please do not approach the stage area when your graduate is called.
• There will be a professional photographer taking pictures all throughout the ceremony.
o You can pre-order an “access code” through the front office to access all pictures taken by the photographers for $30. Starting Friday, May 19th.
o When your student picks up his/her diploma, the access code will be given to them. You have the option of using the photographer’s printing service, or going to a photography printer of your choice (i.e. Walmart, Walgreens, etc.).
